ARC Motorcycles is a British company that is developing a new line of electric motorcycles. The company’s goal is to create the most advanced and efficient electric motorcycles on the market.

ARC VECTOR

THE RESURRECTED HIGH-TECH, ELECTRIC £90,000 ARC VECTOR IS READY

ARC’s first motorcycle, the Vector, is a high-performance electric sportbike. The Vector has a top speed of 124 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds. It also has a range of over 200 miles on a single charge.

The Vector is powered by a 133-horsepower electric motor and a 90-kWh battery pack. The battery pack can be charged to 80% in just 45 minutes using a DC fast charger.

The Vector is also equipped with a number of advanced features, including:

  • A heads-up display that projects key information onto the rider’s helmet visor
  • A haptic feedback system that provides the rider with feedback through their body
  • A cloud-based system that allows the rider to track their motorcycle’s performance and manage its settings

The Vector is a significant step forward in the development of electric motorcycles. It is the first electric motorcycle to offer the performance and range of a traditional gasoline-powered motorcycle. The Vector is also packed with advanced features that make it a truly modern motorcycle.

2019 IC Awards Winners

We are extremley proud to announce for a second year running M-TEC Engineering Projects win the SME Employer of the year at this years HRH Industrial Cadets awards.

The Industrial Cadets Awards aim to showcase and present excellence awards to selected individuals, schools, colleges and employers, whilst also celebrating achievements made by young people who have given something back as a result of taking part in the Industrial Cadets programme.

Winner for SME Employer of the Year: The premier award for SME employers who have demonstrated outstanding engagement with young people and the Industrial Cadets initiative. Illustrating best practice in employer engagement on the work experience STEM agenda, recognising the quality of experience, depth of learning and corporate commitment to the overarching agenda. Shortlisted for changemaker of the Year [Frank Lording] : Is an award designed to recognise individuals that have embraced the Industrial Cadets programme over and above their expected day job. They have nurtured and grown the scheme within the business and demonstrate a passion for the development and education of you people utilising the skills and knowledge of STEM. 2019 IC AWARDS NOMINATIONS

It is with great pleasure that we are able to announce M-TEC Engineering Projects have reached the shortlist for nominations in the 2019 Industrial Cadets awards.

We have been nominated for two categories this year, the first of which being ‘Change maker of the year’ the second being ‘SME Employer of the year’. Fingers crossed.

The awards is a part of a week long event taking place from 17-22 November 2019, celebrating the achievement of young people who have taken part in an accredited Industrial Cadets programme, and those who have made a difference in the world of STE(A)M. Industrial Cadet Platinum Level

ACCREDITED WORKPLACE EXPERIENCES FOR UNDER GRADUATES AND APPRENTICES

M-TEC Engineering Projects are now offering ‘Platinum Level’ experience, inline with the Industrial Cadets framework. Cadets graduating at the Platinum level will again follow a programme defined by the activities breakdown over an extended period of time (Usually a year). The programme components and skills and competency framework illustrate the employability skills and personal learning and thinking skills acquired by each individual.

Under graduates and apprentices will be required to keep a log book in order to monitor and record their individual development. In addition external engagement of schools further promoting not only the company but the Industrial Cadets programme itself with a view to increasing awareness within schools of the engineeing sector.

M-TEC Engineering Projects are extremely proud to announce we have now officially achieved accreditation for the Platinum Level framework for the Industrial Cadets.
